1. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:

• •"Platforms" means YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other video sites that Cliply works with

2. How You Can Use Cliply

Cliply is free for everyone to use for personal purposes. We also offer Pro licenses with enhanced features like higher download limits and bulk download capabilities. Whether you're using the free version or a Pro license, you're welcome to use Cliply on your personal devices.

We keep ownership of the Cliply software, but you're always welcome to use it according to these terms. If you violate these guidelines, we may need to restrict your access.

3. Using Cliply Responsibly

While we provide Cliply as a helpful tool, you're responsible for using it in line with your local laws and the terms of the platforms you're downloading from. We want you to enjoy using Cliply while respecting content creators and platform rules.

We believe in supporting content creators and using technology responsibly. Please use Cliply in a way that respects both creators and platform guidelines.

4. Service Availability

Cliply works with platforms like YouTube and others, which sometimes change how they work. While we do our best to keep everything running smoothly, there might be occasional interruptions that are outside our control.

We work hard to keep Cliply running reliably, but some issues are beyond our control. When platforms make changes, we'll do our best to adapt quickly and keep you informed.

Sometimes we may need to update features or temporarily disable support for certain platforms, especially when they make significant changes. We'll always try to communicate these changes when possible.

5. Free Tool with Pro Options

Cliply is completely free to use! Everyone gets access to download videos with our standard limits. For users who need more, we offer Pro licenses with enhanced features like higher download limits and bulk download capabilities.

6. Refunds for Pro Licenses

Since our core tool is free, refunds only apply to Pro license purchases. If you're not satisfied with your Pro upgrade, you can request a refund within 14 days. We'll review each request fairly and individually.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Note: Payment processors charge us fees that we can't recover, so small processing fees may be deducted from refunds - this is standard across the industry.

7. What to Expect from Cliply

We work hard to make Cliply reliable and useful, but like all software, it comes with some limitations. We provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will work perfectly in every situation or with every video.

While we can't promise Cliply will work perfectly for everyone in every situation, we're always working to improve it and fix any issues that come up.

8. Our Limitations and Your Responsibilities

Since Cliply is free for most users, our liability is naturally limited. If you purchased a Pro license, our maximum liability would be limited to what you paid us in the past year.

Since you're in control of how you use Cliply, you're responsible for using it appropriately and dealing with any consequences of your usage choices.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all related intellectual property rights remain our exclusive property. Downloaded content remains the property of its original creators and copyright holders.

10. Your Privacy Matters

We respect your privacy. Your downloaded videos stay on your computer - we never see them or store them on our servers. That's your personal content.

11. Prohibited Uses and Conduct

You are prohibited from using the Software for any unlawful purposes or in any manner that violates these terms.

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and may suspend or terminate access for users who engage in prohibited activities.

12. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Software at our sole discretion to address security vulnerabilities, fix bugs, add features, or maintain compatibility with third-party platforms.

Some updates may be automatically downloaded and installed, while others may require user action. Failure to install critical security updates may result in reduced functionality.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, and continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Geographic Restrictions and Export Controls

The Software may not be available in all geographic regions due to legal restrictions or technical constraints. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws in your jurisdiction.

14. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal requirements.

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration organization.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
